HSE OBJECTIVES

In order to offer a technically and economically competitive service, to stay one step ahead in our constantly evolving businesses, to manage risks at every stage of the project, and to guarantee customer satisfaction, our company places safety, health and the environment at the heart of its concerns.

2022 and 2023 should be a year of strong mobilisation of all our consultants and employees within the framework of the HYGIENE SAFETY ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM set up by the HSE manager.

This system will have to be extended to all entities in order to avoid incidents and accidents through an HSE performance incentive policy that is being put in place. This policy is supported by the following factors:

  • Zero lost-time accidents
  • Carry out 2 simulation exercises on the emergency plan,
  • Train 2 SST (Sauveteur Secouriste au Travail) in the use of a cardiac defibrillator
  • Train staff in fire safety
  • Train all untrained staff in gestures and postures
  • Carry out 2 internal audits
  • Provide and carry out training for our employees
  • Use all the means at our disposal to establish an HSE culture among our employees and subcontractors

KEY OBJECTIVES

Enriching our methods through feedback during the study and design phase of each project.
